Overview
Our Refund and Returns Policy provides details about your options and our procedures for returns and refunds. We aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with our products and services.
1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (such as templates, eBooks, and UI kits), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once they have been purchased and downloaded.
We encourage you to review the product descriptions, features, and "who is it for" sections carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions about a digital product, please contact us before you buy.
Exceptions
In rare cases, such as a duplicate purchase of the same product, we may issue a refund at our discretion. Please contact our support team with your order details to request a review.
2. Service-Based Projects
For service-based projects (e.g., Web Design, SEO Services, App Development), our refund policy is based on the project milestones and the agreement signed at the beginning of the project.
Deposits
All project deposits are non-refundable. The deposit secures your spot in our project queue and allows us to allocate resources to your project. This covers the costs of initial consultation, discovery, planning, and administrative work.
Mid-Project Cancellations
If you choose to cancel a project after it has commenced, you will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any payments made beyond the value of the work completed may be eligible for a partial refund, determined on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued for completed project milestones.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to deliver services that meet or exceed your expectations. We offer a set number of revisions (as defined in your project agreement) to ensure you are satisfied with the final deliverables. We are not responsible for unsatisfactory results if the client has approved the deliverables at each milestone.
3. Workshops and Training
For workshops and training sessions, refunds are available under the following conditions:
- More than 14 days before the event: A full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- 7-14 days before the event: A 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the event: No refunds will be issued. However, you may transfer your spot to another person.
If we need to cancel a workshop for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a service or workshop based on the terms above, please contact us at inquiries@wibblex.com with your purchase details and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 5-7 business days.
